Yoga for gut health
Join Carrie at the beautiful Pod and Pip barn for a day of healing and restoration, focusing on the importance of the correct gut support and how yoga can help improve the function of this physical “brain”.
We will discover the amazing power of the gut on your whole physical and mental wellbeing. Understand how you can really start to thrive in life with more energy, balanced emotions, better concentration and a general feeling of wellbeing when your gut functions well.
“Symptoms are not enemies to be destroyed but sacred messengers who encourage us to take better care of ourselves”
Discover how yoga, gut massage, correct personalised nutrition and supportive supplements can assist you on a pathway to not just living well, but thriving!
Our day will consist of vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork, talks on nutrition and supplementary support, gut massage techniques, lunch and plenty of active discussion.
Carrie Beecroft Sinnott has been teaching yoga for 20 years and practicing for almost 40. Carrie trained at the life centre in London and has a Masters qualification in yoga and pranayama, having also trained as a Prana Vinyasa teacher under Shiva Rea.
Carrie’s love is Vinyasa Flow which offers the student the chance to feel the graceful moving mediation that comes from a “one breath one movement” discipline.
In the practice, we learn to use our yoga to understand how we can become the best version of ourselves
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed: yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about the what you have been; it cares about the person you are becoming”.
